8:00 a.m. – Arrival of models at the hotel reception, wearing all white dress & country sash. 1:00 p.m.-General orientation of model, national director, designers & entourage. 1:30 to 9:00 p.m.-VTR & Photoshoots (Male/Female) models.

Day-2 – Oct. 24 – COURTESY VISITS & TV APPEARANCE

8:00 a.m. -Courtesy visit to the mayor’s office in Istanbul, Turkey. 9:00 a.m.- TV Appearance 1:00 p.m.- General Rehearsals 6:00 p.m. – Media Launch, sashing ceremony. 7:00 p.m. – Ambassadors gala night for a cause. 7:30 p.m. – National costume runway challenge.

Day-3 – Oct.25 – VTR & PHOTOSHOOTS – (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Pictorial – swimwear Pictorial – Formal suit w/black tuxedo Pictorial – Evening gown Pictorial – High-end fashion casual outfits Pictorial – Avant-Garde-Outfits Pictorial – National costume 2:00 p.m.- General rehearsal at yacht 8:00 p.m.- RMU yacht fashion show at Bosphorus Strait

Day-4 – Oct. 26 – CITY TOURS

8:00 a.m.- City tour and sight-seeing. 2:00 p.m.- Advocacy speech/Close door interview 7:00 p.m.- Runway / Pasarela coaching

Day-5 – Oct. 27 – GRAND FINALS & EVENTS PROPER

8:00 a.m.- Rehearsal practice 1:00 p.m.- Mock & Technical rehearsal practice 5:00 p.m.-Light Dinner of (models and Staff) 6:00 p.m.-Models and Staffs on its respective position 7:00 p.m.-Dinner Serve 8:00 p.m.-Event proper
